To take part in this activity, you must have:

• a letter from your doctor
• a short-sleeved T-shirt
• tracksuit bottoms or shorts
• socks and slippers
• a towel to lie on
• vials for ionophoresis (two boxes for each area)
• a padlock to use on your changing room locker (participants in antenatal classes may use the lockers for the 45-minute lesson in the gym, after which the padlock will be removed. You are advised not to leave valuables inside the lockers).
